Description
Orange wine is a white wine that follows the same vinification process as a red wine. It will have an orange colour following maceration of the juice with the berries.

Colour: orange ocre with pink tints, clear and brilliant

Nose: open and powerful, with spicy, peppery and exotic notes reminiscent of gewurztraminer.

Palate: a wine of character, dry and exotic, with a long, saline finish.

Laying down: 3-4 years

Ideal as an aperitif with olives, cold meats and cheese, it also goes very well with Thai cuisine.
